  5. Sanction of GPF, Trade deposit, Medical & Festival advance to headquarters staff.

  7. Matters relating to Pay Commission.

  1. Purchase of Stationery and miscellaneous articles.
  2. Telephone and Faxes.
  3. Supply of Liveries to Group D staff and Drivers.
  4. Annual Indent of Forms & Stationery from OGP.
  5. Allotment of space and petty miscellaneous maintenance.
  6. Purchase and maintenance of office furniture and fixtures.
  7. Purchase and maintenance of Computers, Printers, Scanner and its peripherals.
  8. Purchase of computer consumable items.
  9. Supply of Engagement Pads/ Govt. Diary/ Calendars to the employees.
  10. Forwarding of Secretariat Pass Application to Home Department.
  11. Purchase and maintenance of Govt. vehicle and hiring of vehicle.

  4. Preparation of Provisional Pension, Gratuity, Unutilized Leave Salary
  5. Preparation of GIS Bills of Secretariat Establishment
  6. Yearly Service Verification Certificate of the Secretariat Establishment
  7. Submission of monthly expenditure to the Sections concerned
  8. Submission of Income Tax returns of the staff of Secretariat establishment & monthly GST returns
  9. All matters relating to Secretariat establishment
  10. Preparation of T.A Bills of Secretariat Establishment(Audit Establishment)
  11. Preparation of salary bill , Contingency etc of Staff of OBC Commission Office
