 Scholarships

  1. All matters related to Centrally Sponsored Post-matric scholarship scheme for eligible SC & ST students studying inside and outside the state.
  2. All matters related to Centrally Sponsored Pre-matric Scholarship scheme for eligible SC & ST students studying in Class IX & X of Schools under ST & SC Development Department and School & Mass Education Department.
  3. All matters related to Pre-matric Scholarship under State Plan to eligible ST & SC students (both hostellers & day scholars) studying in Schools under ST & SC Development Department and School & Mass Education Department.
  4. Centrally Sponsored Pre-matric Scholarship scheme for children of those parents engaged in unclean occupation.
  5. Matters related to Financial assistance to eligible ST students studying in National Level Institute.

 Field Establishment (I)

  1. Disciplinary proceedings against OSWS and OWS officers.
  2. DPC / Promotion/ gradation list of OSWS and OWS officers.
  3. Sanction of final/ part final GPF.
  4. Other establishment matter like Recruitment, Transfer & posting.
  5. Assembly / Loksabha question.
  6. Establishment related miscellaneous work etc.
  7. Grievance petitions.
  8. Sanction of RACP/ MACP etc.
  9. Court cases relating to RACP.
  10. Vigilance Report.
  11. Budget provision and allotment for field staffs.
  12. Establishment review matter.
  13. Leave sanction of OSWS and OWS officers.
  14. All review court cases relating RACP, Disciplinary proceeding and other Establishment matters etc.
  15. Sanction of Unutilised Earned Leave Salary.
  16. Revised pay fixation of OSWS/ OWS officers.
