11. Public Interaction, if any:
Entrepreneurs are free to contact General Manager/ DCIO/ Asst. Manager during Office hours. Entrepreneurs may contact the Guidance Cell of the DIC in case desire to know the information on any industrial activities.
12. Grievance Redresses Mechanism:
The General Manager is in charge of the grievance Cell of the DIC. For speedy disposal of the Grievance Filed with DIC are recorded in the Grievance Register & the Steno is in-charge of the Register. Grievance petition can be filed with DIC on Saturday during 11.00 AM to 2.00 PM or meet the General Manager, personally to express the difficulties.
