31. Total amount deposited with concerned Executive Engineers, RWSS, Nabarangpur & Koraput for repair and maintenance of tube wells which are already handed over by the Project Authority since 2004. Rs. 7.214 lakhs

34.a. Funds deposited with EE, RWSS Nabarangpur for digging of 20 tube wells in DP cluster villages and dry areas at d/s. of Indravati Dam Rs. 13.60 lakhs
b. Funds deposited with EE, OLIC, Koraput for Digging of deep bore wells in dry areas, Down stream of Indravati Dam Rs. 40.23 Lakhs
As per demand of displaced persons, 4 nos. of Fishery Societies have been formed for fishing in Indravati Reservoir area.
WORKS EXECUTED TO EXTEND THE BENEFIT OF D/S PEOPLE
In order to meet the demand of Indravati Dam downstream people, 3 nos. of temporary cross bunds at RD 24.5KM(Indanpur), RD 31. 60 KM (Tokiguda) and at RD 54.02 KM (Dahibhatta) on river Indravati Downstream of Indravati Dam and Muran Dam were constructed during the year, 1999.
The permanent Weir-cum-submersible bridge over river Indravati at Ushuripadar-Dahana Road crossing has already completed to serve the water scarcity problem and communication facility to the Displaced Persons residing at downstream of Indravati Dam as well as the general public also.
Further construction of Left side approach road with bank protection and river training wall and also construction of two span RCC culvert (Minor Bridge) of Right approach of weir-cum- submersible bridge over river Indravati at Ushuripadar-Dahana Road Crossing and the right side approach road with bank protection and river training work is completed.
PISCICULTURE:
As per deision taken in the 70th meeting of the Board of Directors of OHPC Ltd.held on 30-06-2005, an amount of Rs. 53.29 lakhs to be released in phased manners for pisciculture development in Upper Indravati Reservoir as detailed below and also to provide employment for more than 200 days per annum to the rural beneficiaries.
