x) Nizarat Section:
The Nizarat Section is one of the sections of Collectorate, Khordha. The Nizarat section has been functioning since establishment of the district i.e. from 1st April, 1993.
The Special Circuit House is situated at Bhubaneswar having VIP suits with A/C arrangements.
The VIP/ VIPs either from locality or from outside are entertained properly by the staff of Special Circuit House.
xi) Touzi Section:
From the inception of Khordha District since 01.04.1993, this section is functioning in the building of Collectorate, Khordha. Sri Muralidhar Mohapatra, OAS, Officer-in-Charge is the Head of this Section.
xii) Record Room Section:
This Section is being functioning with in the Colectorate, building Khurda since the creation of District from 01.04.1993. The main functions of this section are supply of certified copies of records as required by the public by requisite Court fees and Folios as prescribed by the Government. Smt. Rasmitarani Tarasia, O.A.S., is the O.I.C of this section.
xiii) Revenue Section:
The Collector & Dist. Magistrate is basically a Revenue Officer & Dist. Revenue Section is one among the most important wings of the Collectorate.
4) Functions & Duties: i) Audit Section: This Section basically deals with Audit & Inspection Reports of District Office, Sub-Collectors Office and all Tahasils of the Khordha District. It conducts Tri-angular Committee Meeting once in a year for clearing up the old and outstanding paras. ii) Election Section: This office basically deals with conduct of General Election to Lok Sabha & Legislative Assembly, Revision of Electoral Roll & preparation of Elector's Photo Identity Cards. iii) Establishment Section: Sl. Employees/ Suspension 9 Bill/ Budget/ G.P.F/ G.I.S. etc. 10 Maintenance of the CCR of the Staff 11 Convening D.P.C. meeting for promotion of Govt. employees working under District Administration 12 Submission of PWC in OAT/ OJS Cases 13 Submission of Reply on Assembly/ Lok Sabha questions relating to Establishment.
