ii) Audit Section:

     From the inception of Khordha District since 01.04.1993, this office is functioning in the building of Collectorate, Khordha. All the I.R. & A.R. objection paras in respect of Revenue Administration is raised through this section and comply as necessary. C & A.G. compliance also dealt in this section.

iii) Election Section:

     From the inception of Khordha District since 01.04.1993 this office is functioning in the building of Collectorate, Khordha. 

     All the office work of this section is functioning under direct control of the Collector & District Magistrate, Khordha.

iv) Emergency Section:

     The Section is in integral part of the Collectorate, since the establishment of Collectorates as an administrative unit at the District level.

v) Establishment Section:

     Khurda District started functioning w.e.f. 0 1-04-1993 consequent upon bifurcation of mother District, Puri and the Establishment section of the District which embodies the essence of District Administration has been playing its role since then to deal with various matters pertaining to Gazetted & Non-Gazetted Establishments as an important unit of District Administrative Mechanism. This section is functioning within the Collectorate building.

vi) General & Misc. Section:

     From the inception of Khordha District since 01.04.1993, this section is functioning in the building of Collectorate, Khordha . The aim of this section is to co-ordinate for quick disposal of various case matters in which Collector/ A.D.M. are made as respondents. Various license are issued through Genl. & Misc. section like, News paper matters, Misc. certificate, Meetings relating to G & M section, Election to ULBs, Revenue G.I.As, Registration of Society/ Club under 1860-Act, Issue of verification certificate for passport, citizenship matters , Freedom fighters pension, sanction of house rent of the buildings taken on hire & other misc. correspondence . A citizen/ public either from locality or outside is entertained properly for his/ her work relating to the Judicial Section of Collectorate, Khordha at any time during office hours.

vii) Grievance Cell:

     From the inception of Khordha District since 01.04.1993, this office is functioning in the building of Collectorate, Khordha. The aim of this section is to provide necessary administrative assistance to the public at door step.

viii) Judicial Section:

     From the inception of Khordha District since 01.04.1993, this section is functioning in the building of Collectorate, Khordha. The aim of this section is to co-ordinate for quick disposal of various case matters in which Collector/ A.D.M. are made as respondents. Various license are issued through Judicial section like, Arm License, Cinema/ Video , Explosive license, issue of NOC for installation of Petrol pump, issue of permission to stage opera shows, correspondence on Christian Marriage Act, 1872 and issue of marriage certificate under Hindu Marriage Act, 1955. A citizen/ public either from locality or outside is entertained properly for his/ her work relating to the Judicial Section of Collectorate, Khordha at any time during office hours.

ix) Land Acquisition Section:

     The Land Acquisition Office, Gen., Khordha is one of the section of Collectorate, Khordha. The section has been functioning since inception of the district i.e. from 1 st April, 1993 which is situated in the Collectorate Campus, Khordha.

    To initiate land acquisition process on requisition from Govt. organization, to payment compensation to the land oustees and to look after proper rehabilitation & resettlement of project affected/ displaced families and smooth operation of Project Areas.
