1. Aim and Objectives of the Organization:

Tahasil Office, Bellaguntha, Dist: Ganjam

Function:

Revenue Administration within the jurisdiction of Tahasil and Record of Rights maintained in respect of 100 villages. Attending emergent in natural calamities, Law & order and Election.

2.  Brief History and Background for its Establishment:

Belaguntha Tahasil started functioning from 25.2.2009.

3. Allocation of Business:

This Tahasil provides Revenue administration to general public, Collection of Land Revenue.

4.  Duties to be performed:

Triai & disposal of different Revenue cases such as Lease, encroachment, mutation, O.L.R., O.E.A. and maintenance of R.O.R. under O.S.S. Act.

8. Working Hours both for Office and public:

10.00 A.M. to 5.00 P.M. (Except Sunday & Govt. holidays)

9. Grievance Redress Mechanism:

Grievance cell of this office is being functioning every Monday (Except Second Saturday) from 10.30 A,M. to 1.30 P.M. in the office room of the Tahasildar.
