1. Brief History of the Public Authority:
Established in 1992, in the memory of Arjun Rout the great martyr and the legendary Praja Andolan Leader of the area against the local king and the British Government. ARM College has been marching ahead in the path of achievement, success and academic affluence with the support of intellectual, volunteers, donors and social workers. It obtained permanent recognition and affiliation.
2. Aim & Objective of the Public Authority:
The main aim of the college for providing higher educational facilities to the rural poor, women, folk, backward communities, scheduled caste and schedules tribe population, who could no afford to avail such opportunities due to bad pecuniary condition.
3. Main Activities/ Function of the Public Authority:
Besides offering academic degree and intellectual satisfaction, the college arranges moral, spiritual and yoga classes to make the students self reliant and self confident to compete and commit in the society.
