1. History &Background of its Establishment:
Jagamohan High School, Baradang was established on 25th July 1965 on the auspicious day of Rathayatra. The village is surrounded by the river Gobari on the north side and Jamboo Island on the south side and by the side of Marshaghai Jamboo canal, which is surrounded by farmers & labour class people.
Late Jagamohan Samal was a freedom fighter who was the founder of the school to fulfill the minimum educational need of these economically backword people of this region.
As a result Jagamohan High School, Baradang came in to existence to the light. Since that it has been serving to the best to produce many learned persons.
The school is a full fledged three class Govt. High school under school and mass education department, Govt. of Odisha.
