1. Objective/ Purpose of the Public Authority:
Revenue Administration within the jurisdiction of Tahasil and Record of Rights maintained in respect of 415 villages. Attending emergent in natural calamities, Law & order and Election
2. History & Background of its Establishment:
Kashipur Tahasil started functioning in the year 1953.
3. Allocation of Business:
This Tahasil provides Revenue administration to general public, Collection of Land Revenue, Trial & disposal of different Revenue cases such as Lease, encroachment, mutation, O.L.R. O.E.A . and maintenance of ROR under O.S.S. Act

6. Grievance Redress Mechanism:
Grievance cell of this office is functioning every Monday except Govt. Holidays from 10.30 A.M. to 1.30 P.M. in office room.

10 am to 5 pm (except Sunday & Govt. Holidays)

Tahasil Office Kashipur is headed by Tahasildar, 1no. Head Clerk, One Revenue Supervisor, 3nos. Senior Clerks, 3nos. Junior Clerks, 10nos. Revenue Inspectors, 7 nos. of Asst. Revenue Inspectors, 1no. Chain Man, 2nos. of Amins, 03 nos. of Process Servers and 21 nos. of class IV employees.
