1. Brief History of the Public Authority:
Panchayat High School, Luhasila is situated under Bijatal Block, Mayurbhanj district. It is located fully hilly and Tribal packed area Panchayat Government High School; Luhasila is a co-educational institution, which has been imparting Education to the public of Luhasila Panchayat and the nearby Panchayat areas. It was established in the year 1975, it was recognition by the B.S.E. in the year 1976. It was received the Grant-in-aid in the year 1980 by the Government of Odisha. It was taken over by Govt. in the year 1994 and extends the educational facilities both curricular and Co-curricular activities to strength the physical and cognitive level of the students. The main objective of this institution is to provide quality education. The institution also provides facilities for co-curricular activities like Scouts Guide, J.R.C. National Green Group etc. to make the students fit for their future life.
