Particulars of Organization, Functions & Duties

[Section-4 (1) (b) (i)]

   The Right to Information Act, 2005 enacted by an act of parliament aim to ensuring transparency in administration and credibility and legitimacy of Govt. The act entitles a Civil citizen of India to get the information on administration of the Mayurbhanj District on Revenue, Establishment, Touzi, Judicial, General & Misc, Record Room, Emergency, Nizarat, Debottar, Land Acquisition, Forest Settlement, spl L.A& R.O Election, Sports,Culture, Small Savings, Social Welfare, Panchayat, Planning, Welfare, Civil Supplies, Dist. Excise, Dl & PRO, National Informatics Centre and office Superintendent from the concerned section of Collectorate, Mayurbhanj u/s 4(i)(a),(b)&(c) of said act.
  
   All current records and files are maintained in concerned section with regular maintenance of case records. The consigned records are available in District Record Room.
