Particulars of Organization, Functions & Duties

[Section-4 (1) (b) (i)]

1. Aims and Objective of the Organization:

To Provide basic amenities which includes cleaning of roads, drains, street sweeping under sanitation programme, street lighting, construction and maintenance of roads, drains, culverts, community centers, community latrines etc. Controlling of Mosquito health hazards, regulate growth of the town uplifting status of urban poor and destitute, implementing welfare measures and such other facility that are required to be taken up from time to time in the public interest.

2. Location of the Town:

Vyasanagar is located towards the waste side of Jajpur town the head quarter of Jajpur District about a distance of 30 Kms. The N. H.-215 has gone through this town which connected with road and Railway network to the urban centre in the states and neighboring states.
