Particulars of Organization, Functions & Duties

[Section-4 (1) (b) (I)]

1. Objective/purpose of the public authority:

The objective of the public authority is to maintain all records of its organization/ Institution.

The purpose of the authority is to publish all the particulars, powers and duties etc and to provide relevant information to the concerned Public Information Officer as required.

2. Mission/Vision Statement of the Public Authority: 

The mission is to maintain all records, rules, manuals and all other Official documents to facilitate the Right to Information

3. Brief history of the public authority and context of its formation:

 Satapatna High School, Satapatna was previously named as Satapatna Girls High School,Satapatna and It was established in the year 1984 with classes from 8-10.Later It was converted to Co-education in the year 2006 and Satapatna Girls  Primary school (1-5th) was merged and upgraded to  become a Nodal High School in the year 2018.


4. Duties of the public authority:

The Headmaster  is the Head of the Office and Supervises all the works of the Office.


5. Main activities/ functions of the public authority:

To see the works done allotted to the Office within the specified time frame.


6. List of Services being provided by the public authority with a brief write-up on them:

The major activities come under curricular, co-curricular, Extra-curricular activities as follows:

i) The curricular activities covers the teaching activity.

ii) The Co-curricular activities covers admission, Examination, proctorial system etc.

iii) Extra-curricular activities covers cultural activities such as Sports, drama, literary activities, cultural functions.

b) The Office compiles information as required by Government, BSE and such other organization as required.
