1. Aim and Objectives of the Organisation:
i. Provide Health Service to insured person and dependent family.
ii. Provide Social Security to I.P. and dependent on account of sickness, employment injury, Maternity, death, special diseases.
iii. Sickness, Fitness and other statutory certification.
2. Mission/ Vision:
Implementation of ESI Act 1948 and subsequent amendments..
3. Allocation of Business:
Out door patient check up, Referral to Higher center, Laboratory Test, Medicine, Dispense, RCM claims, Ambulance Service, Certification of sickness, Meternity, death etc.
4. Duties to be performed to achieve the mission:
As per Medical Manual of ESI Scheme and amendments.
5. Details of Services Rendered:
Provide OPD Service, Laboratory list, Medicine and doctors referral, Ambulance service. Sickness and Maternity, death and other regulation of certification, RCM claim disposal, Drawing Disbursing of administrative cost.
