Particulars of Organization, Functions & Duties

All the records related meters belong in to this office are being maintained by the head of the office as well as accountant.
Any Indian citizen who submits the RTI application to seeks any information from this office is being provided to the Indian citizen within 30 days from the date of receipt of the RTI application. The head of the office regarded first appellate authority who forwards the concerned RTI application to the file section in charge of this office called as PIO. The PIO is responsible to provide the axject required information as sought by the applicant.
