1.  About the Organization:

The Right to Information Act, 2005 enacted by an act of parliament aim to ensuring transparency in administration and credibility and legitimacy of Govt. The act entitles a  Civil of India to get the information on administration of the Sub-Collector Office, Paralakhemundi u/s 4(i)(a),(b)&(c) of said Act.

Permission to Form Assemblies/ take out procession:

(As per Orders u/s-30 Police Act) As per provosion of this promulagation:

1) All individuals/groups intending to form assemblies take out processions on the public road or in the public street or throughfare are required to take licence from competant authority, i.e Inspector-In-charge/ Os.I.C of police stattions of the concerned Police station.

2) Application meant for such lincense is to be submitted to the competant authority through the officer-In-charge of the concerned police station to reach not less than before 72 hpurs of procession is to be taken out.
