Chief Construction Engineer Central Rural Works Circle, Bhubaneswar is located at Bhubaneswar, Odisha. This office comes under the Department of Rural Development, Govt. of Odisha. The main function of this institution is to in charge of the circle is the Administrative and Professional control of Public works executed within the circle.

Decision is taken based on Technical specification/ OPWD code/ Service code-and also Rules and regulations of Govt. of Odisha.

In addition to take above, the final decision on technical matter Chief Engineer, R.W.(O), BBSR and establishment matter decision taken by the C.E/ Govt. in R.D.Deptt. is final.
