The Saheed Bhagat Singh Junior College (Ganjam) was established in 1991.
2. Aim & Objectives of the Public Authority:
The aim and Objectives of the College is to impact Qualitative Education to the local Students. Especially for Poor and weaker Section.
3. Strength of the Public Authority:
The College has Stream Like +2 Arts and Science, and total Student Strength is 384.

Any letter, Public application, Proposal received from Government Public Individual, Students and staff are being entered in the diary register and referred to Concerned Sections. Officers in Charge of the Committees and Submission of the Compliance in the related files. The file duly moved through the different Officers in Charge/ Bursars/ Heads of the Concerned Officers I/C are put up before the Principal for approval/ Sanctions after which being dispatched with number and date.
