Enforcement:
Sri Milan Kumar Sahoo, Inspector of supplies has seized truck of No.OR-07B8199 and 210 ltrs of K.Oil on 17.06.2011 at Ranipenta, Gumma, The FIR has been submitted to the Collector for initiation of case of under section 6A of EC Act. The seized 210 Lts of K. Oil has been kept under zeema of Sri P.Babu Rao, Sub-Wholseller Serango. The case is now under investigation.
Besides on 26.4.2011 Departmental action has been initiated against to the retailers namely (1) Sri Suresh Pani, Gumma (2) Sri Sarada Rao, Prichha (3) Sri K.Pandit,R.R.Pur for non display of declaration of Board and closer of Fair price shop, for which their license are cancelled.
