This office is being sanctioned personal claim like increment 50% of GPF, TA, RCM , FA, GIS, CCR of sub-ordinate staff.
5. Duties to be performed to achieve the mission:
This C.H.C has consist of 5 P.H.C (N) and 6 Sectors. The P.H.C (N) Medical Officer is Sector Medical Officer to attend the sector meeting and review the work of supervisor and workers. The Sector has Sector Supervisor. The supervisor supervise the work of the worker (Male and Female).

8. Working Hours for Office and Public:
10:00 A.M to 01.30 P.M ( 01.30 P.M to 2.00 P.M Lunch Hour)
2.00 P.M to 5.00 P.M in Day Office.
7.00 A.M to 01.00 P.M in Morning Office.
9. Public Interaction, if Any:
This office is also interact with Public in many ways like the people are taking the birth and death certificate, Gaon Kalyan Samit (GKS) and Rogi Kalyan Samit (RKS).
10. Grievance Redress Mechanism:
Top priority is being given to attending disposal of Grievance of staff as well as public.

Technician Powers & Duties Examination of Malaria and Pathological slides and forwarded the monthly report to the District Officer. 7 Designation Vital statistics Clerk Powers & Duties Registration of birth and death events and issue of Birth and death certificate and submit reports in the district officer. 8 Designation Jr. Clerk Powers & Duties Accounts, Establishment, Issue diary. 9 Designation Health worker (M) Powers & Duties FW, MCH and PH work along with tour in the allotted area. 10 Designation Heath Worker (F) Powers & Duties FW, MCH and PH work along with tour in the allotted area and submit weekly reports to the CHC head quarter through supervisor.
