1. Aim & Objectives of the Organization:
Implementation of Govt. schemes and directives through people participation. The Right to information under the control of Public Authority, in order to promote transparency and accountability in the working every public authority.
The main objects are to up lift the Socio-economic condition of rural poors implementing different schemes implemented by the Govt. time to time as per norm & conditions fixed by the Govt. Besides above the various developmental Programmes are implementing through this agency for rural reconstruction in different aspects.
2. Mission/ Vision:
The development of community in rural areas for rehabilitation & reconstruction.

4. Duties to be performed to achieve mission:
All Officers and staff are to work under administrative control of B.D.O. to achieve the mission. Extension Officers of the other deptt. to work under concerned Dept. Officer in addition to under the administrative control of B.D.O to achieve the mission.

6. Citizen Interaction: The work is Block is implemented through Public Participation in Consultation with People representative in almost all case except very few. 7. Postal Address of the Office: Office of B.D.O. Pallahara/ Office of the Chair person of Panchayat Samiti is Located at.} 8. Working haves both for Office & Public: Morning Hours: 10.00 A.M. 9.Public information if any: People are allowed to come to Office freely to Submit their views/cases 10. Grievance redress Mechanism: People are given scopes to ventilate their grievances at any date and any time during works before B.D.O and every Saturday as per pension & grievance Dept. Instruction.
