Procedure Followed in Decision Making Process

1) What are the documented Procedures/ laid down Procedures/ Defined Criteria/ Rules to arrive at a particular decision for important matters? What are different levels through which a decision process moves?

     The procedure followed in decision making process including channel of supervision in accountability generally goes to the head of office i.e. Tahasildar, Papadahandi. Tahsildar is the important decision making authorities under his jurisdiction which needs to be notified and allowed by the superior authorities i.e. Sub-Collector and Collector, Nabarangpur.
