Examination of admissibility of an instrument under Rule-25 of Odisha Registration Rules, 1988 in course of presentation of document. Maintenance of Check list Part-I & II of document. Maintenance of Service matter relating to employee. Bill & Budget. Audit and Inspection. Maintenance of Marriage Notice Book both in section 5 &15 of the Act, Marriage Certificate register and declaration register. Maintenance of Valuation register, Cash Book, Fee Book, Challan registers etc.
4. Allocation of Business:
This Office is being sanctioned personal claim like increment, sanction of leave, service regularization, sanction of G.P.F, T.A, R.C.M, Festival advance , G.I.S, C.C.R, etc.
5. Duties to be performed to achieve the Mission:
There are 2 Junior Clerks are working under the control of Sub Registrar, Jajpur. All the dealing clerks are working under the direct supervision of the Sr. Clerk-cum-Sub-Registrar in charge.
