Particulars of Organization, Functions & Duties

[Section-4 (1) (b) (i)]

1) Aims and Objective of the College:

   An attempt through education to free people from all kinds of shackles, superstitions and politics of caste and communalism.

2) Mission/ Vision:

   Sadhu Goureswar College is committed to the cause of empowerment of rural youth through access to higher education, enabling them to develop on intellectually enriched, socially responsible citizens ever ready for continuous and professional growth, to inculcate in their minds, social, moral spiritual and Scientific values. Further, it is committed to provide quality education to rural Students to meet the enhancing needs.

3) Allocation of Business:

   To up-gradation of quality of Higher Education in accordance with guide lines as enumerated by UGC/ State Govt.

4) Duties to be performed to achieve  the mission:

   This College has 13 Departments. The works of H.O.Ds are under the direct supervision of Principal for maintaining high profile Teaching Methodology.
