Particulars of Organization, Functions & Duties

[Section-4 (1) (b) (i)]

1. Vision:

     We envisage of making the Tahasil Administration reach the un-reachable, people-centric approach of governance being the cornerstone of Revenue Administration.

2. Mission:

     Team of Darpan Tahasil is and will be working hard to provide technology driven, hassle free and time bound services to the common man promoting transparency and thereby leading to transformation of the process of governance.

3. Allocation of Business:

Maintenance of land record like:

a) Correction of R.O.R, Mutation, Lease of land, Settlement of land, Disposal of Ceiling cases, Distribution of land to landless person, Land Alienation and Protection of Govt. land through Encroachment cases etc.
b) Collection of Land Revenue & Water Tax.
c) Issue of Patta, Caste Certificate, Resident Certificate, Income Certificate, & Legal Hair Certificate.

 

  4. Duties to be performed to achieve the Mission:

   This Tahasil has consist 16 Revenue Inspector circle. The works of Revenue Inspector are under the direct supervision of Tahasildar. The works of Dealing Assistance are under direct supervision of Head Clerk-in-charge of Tahasil.

7. Working Hours for Office and Public:

   10:00 A.M. to 01:30 PM (01:30 PM tO 02:00 PM Lunch Hour). 02:00. P.M. to 05:30 P.M. and 07:00 AM to 01:00 PM in Morning Office.

8. Grievance Redress Mechanism:

   Top priority is being given to attending disposal of Grievance of staff & as well as public received from e-Abhijog, CPGRAM, Grievance helpline and other higher quarters.
