Particulars of Organization, Functions & Duties
[Section-4 (1) (b) (i)]
1. Aims & Objective of the Organization:
a) To envelop all PRI members in different Developmental Work.
b) To develop Social and Economical Status of the village.
c) To guide the Developmental Work & the GPs of the Panchyat Samiti.
d) To irradiate said system and blind belief any of the.
e) To carry all the policy of the Government for success of the people.
f) To be vigilant about the working all section.
g) Effort should be are to achieve all round development of the people,Society, village and GP.
h) To maintain peace and facility.
2. Mission/Vision:
The Mission is to Achieve Target fixed by the Government in sufficient section for up liftmen of the poor.
3. Brief History & Background of its Establishment:
Panchayat Samiti Khaira in the Year as one of the 12th Block of District which is 58 kms. away from Balasore. It is first BDO chair was occupied as chairman was... At first it was functioned with... GP. Now it is divided into 30 GP.
4. Allocation of Business:
Step to be taken for all record development of People 7 Section.
5. Duties to be performed to achieve the Mission:
The Organization discharges its duty for the Welfare of the public. The function and duties are as follows:
a) GP Inspection.
b) Payment of Salary, Pension etc..
c) Sanction of leave, Increment.
d) Regular hold of Panchayat Samiti Meeting.
e) Cheque and Measurement of Development Work.
f) Regular visit of MDM stock.
g) Distribution of essential Commodities.
6. Details of Service Rendered:
Preparation of plan and checkout the accounts.
7. Citizens' Interaction:
Introduction with citizen to absence National Day organize seminar as workshop for disables.
