1. Aim & Objectives of the Organization:

     Kendrapara Evening Degree  College, Kendrapara, , Dist.- Kendrapara is situated at Kendrapara to inculcate the spirit of higher education and noble dreams among the Students  of this society. Its aim and objectives are:

i) To impart high grade education to both Girls& Boys and found the state.
ii) To insist in the minds of students the spirit of morality in their thoughts and actions. A sense of equality, social justice, national integration and encourage them to form and ideal society.

2. History & Background of its Establishment:

     The college was established on the year 1997-1998 by the local benevolent. It is located at Kendrapara , Kendrapra.

3. Functions & Duties:

     This institution having two faculties i.e +3 Arts. There are 13 nos Teaching Staff and 6 nos non-teaching staffs who have been striving hard to bring about all round development of the institution. The key to the success of our students is:

i) Good relationship between the teachers and the students.

ii)The noble teaching process.

iii)Exposure of students to books and journals.
iv) Up-to-date authentic guidance.
v)To maintain a healthy atmosphere of the College.

4. Working Hours both for Office & Public:
The Normal working hours of the College is 9.00 A.M to 4.00 P.M

Norms for Discharge of Functions

[Section-4 (1) (b) (iv)]

     As per record manual, any letter is first received by the Head Clerk and put up before the Principal for specific marking. Then it is referred to relevant section for scrutiny and reply it through the related file.

     Any file is routed through proper channel, i.e. to Head Clerk, to Officer-in-charge of the section with a remark to the Principal for approval or sanction after which the same is dispatched being entered in issue register with number & date.
