1. Brief History of the Public Authority:

Established in 2007 as Talent Science college situated at Nidhipanda  in the District of  Balasore and strives hard for excellence in its way to fulfill its goal and mission since then.

2. Aim & Objectives of the Public Authority:

Basically, it aims as educating weaker sections which constitute about half of the population North Odisha.

3. Strength of the Public Authority:

From small student strength of 30 in +2 Science in 2007 the college has made steady  rise .

4. Main Activities/ Functions of the Public Authority:

This college has also been identified as a centre to upgrade the standard of all  sections  of  students. The college has been functioning as self-finance and managed and Controlled by statutory & non statutory bodies as prescribed by the Department of Higher Education, Govt. of Odisha. Basing on its academic reputation, Co-curriculam activities quality of Institutional Management and responsiveness of Administrative structure. This institution is fully Committed to its aims and goal and taking  care of students.

This is a self-financing college. The principal of the college takes decisions in various matters in consultation with different committees like admission committee, Examination committee, purchase committee etc. as per Govt. rule

Norms for Discharge of Functions

Any letter, Public application, proposal received from Government Public Individual, Students and staff are being entered in the diary register and referred to concerned sections. Officers in Charge, Committees for examination and submission of the compliance in the related files. The file duly routed through the different Officers in Charge/ Bursars/ Heads of the concerned sections are put up before the principal for approval/ sanctions after which being dispatched with number and date.
