1. Brief History of the Organization:
Patkura High School, Patkura is an Educational Institution Which has been imparting Education to the Pupils of the entire locality of Patkura Gram Panchayat. It is a co-educational institution. The school was set up in 1962 by the people of this locality. The date of establishment of the school is 21.6.1962. The school was recognized during the session 1964-65 on 27.9.1965. The school received minimum grant-in -aid in 1968.The school came under the purview of direct payment during the session 1974-75. The school was taken over by the Govt. of Odisha from 7.6.1994. The school has been extending educational facilities both scholastic and non-scholastic to strength in the physical and cognitive level of students since its opening. The main objectives of this institution is to provide quality education to the children attending this school. The school provides quality education consisting physical, psychological and moral scouts , JRC, Sports, etc as co-curricular activities in order to make the students achieve their goals in the future.
