Particulars of Organization, Functions & Duties
[Section-4 (1) (b) (i)]
1) Aims and Objective of the Organization:
Maintenance of land record like:
a. Correction of R.O.R. Mutation, Lease of land settlement, and disposal of Ceiling cases & distribution of land to Landless persons, Land alienation and protection of Govt. land through encroachment cases etc.
b. Collection of Land Revenue & Water Tax.
c. Issue of Patta, Caste Certificate, Resident Certificate, Income Certificate & Legal Hair certificate.
2) Mission/ Vision:
Maintenance of Land record like:
i) Maintenance of service matter relating to employees.
ii) Bill & Budget.
3) Allocation of Business:
This Office is being sanctioned personal claim like Increment, Advancement of IV Grade employees, Sanction of leave, Service regularization, GPF, TA, RCM, Festival Advance, GIS, CCR etc.
4) Duties to be performed to Achieve the Mission:
The works of Revenue Inspectors are under the direct supervision of Tahasildar. The works of dealing assistances are under direct supervision of Head Clerk in-charge of Tahasil.

Procedure Followed in Decision Making Process
[Section-4 (1) (b) (iii)]
All the Revenue Inspectors, Supervisors, Junior Clerks and Senior Clerks, Head Clerk are accountable for the work allotted to this for Proper Implementation and Tahasildar is also accountable for Proper Implementation of Tahasil administration. The Tahasildar being the supreme authority is liable for taking the final decision regarding any problem or work related issues.

a) The Revenue Cases are dealt with and disposed of as per Rules and Instruction issued by Govt. from time to time.
b) As regards Preparation of Records, Register and Maintenance of Sairat Records are being maintained as per Manual of Tahasil Accounts and OMMC rules etc.
c) The Land Pass Books of Individual Tenants are being made and distributed to the Tenants as per Notification of Govt. vide No.39723/R, dt.29.09.05.The Govt. Waste Lands are being leased out in favour of the Homestead Less Persons @ Ac0.04 each under Vasundhara Scheme.
