Particulars of Organization, Functions & Duties
[Section-4 (1) (b) (i)]
1) Aim and objectives of the Organizations:
To Provide Service to people regarding Mmtters relating to Record of Rights, Collection of Land Revenue, Relief to Victims of Natural Calamity such as Fire Accident, Flood, Cyclone etc. Grant Certificate under Misc. Certificate Rules, Dispose of Cases Filed under Mutation Manual, O.L.R Act, O.E.A Act, O.P.D.R Act and Cases under other Revenue Laws, Supervision of Law and Order Situation in the Area.
2) Mission/ Vision:
To Provide Free, Imperial and Transparent Service to the Public with regard to Preparation, Maintenance of Land Records and Collection of Land Revenue Administration.
3) Brief History and Background for its Establishment:
Prior to Vesting of Estate under A.E.A. Act. and coming in to Force of O.L.R. Act, there were different Land Tenure System Prevalent in different areas under different Zamindari System. All the Zamindari System by now have been vested and the State Govt. is Regard as Landlord under whom there is only Tenancy System. Any Persons or Individuals having Land are considered as Raiyat/ Tenant under the Govt. Revenue Administration is the Supervising Agency through which the Relationship between Govt. and Tenant are regulated.
4) Organization Charts:
There are 69 Villages under this Tahasil and total Area is divided into Six nos of R.I Circles.
5) Allocation of Business:
Distributed among different Staffs and Sections.
6) Duties to be performed to achieve the Mission:
All types of Duties Relating to Revenue matter as detailed at item No.1.
7) Citizens Interaction:
Open Citizen Interaction.
8) Postal Address of the Main Office, Attached/ Subordinate Office/ Field Units etc.:

9) Working Hour Both for Office and Public:
