Particulars of Organization, Functions & Duties

[Section-4 (1) (b) (i)]

A. Duties:

Tahasildar is maintaining law & order situation, performing magisterial duties, & also emergent nature of work as & when required as per direction of Sub Collector, Ngrl.

B. Activities / Function & Services:

1. Collect Land Revenue, Misc. Revenue etc from public.
2. Issue certificates like, Residence, Income, Legal Lair, Solvency, House gutted by fire.
3. Fire relief, emergent relief, prepares house damage report & gives H.B.A & Balichar
4. Avetion sale of Sairat Sources & issued transit pass books to bidders.
5. Joint verification of Aycut area with Irrigation staff for assessing water tax.
6. Granting Lease in favour of Landless & homestead less persons under Vasundhara Scheme introduced by Govt.
7. Giving possession to beneficiates who have granted lease previously under Mo Jami Mo Dhia Scheme.
8.  Provide Land pass books to tenants.
9. Issuing certified copy of ROR & Orders of Case records.
10. Assigning land to other Govt. / Semi- Govt. Organizations for developmental purpose.
11. Disposed of cases like Mutation, Lease, encroachment, certificate, OLR.
