Particulars of Organization, Functions & Duties

1.Aims and Objectives of the Organization:

Its aim is to control the illegal manufacture, distribution and sale of liquor and to augment excise Govt. revenue.

2.Mission/ Vision:

Government organization.

3.Brief History and Backgrounds for the Establishment:

Excise Department was established since 1915. The backgrounds of District Excise Establishment are settlement of excise shops and collection of excise revenue.

4.Duties to be Performed to Achieve the Mission:

Duties performed as per the Government rules and regulation.
