a) Sri Nigamananda Panda, OAS(SS). (Director, Consolidation):
DLR&S is the Administrative Head of Consolidation operation in the state. He is exercising the powers laid down in the Odisha Consolidation of Holdings & Prevention of fragmentation of land Act.,1972. He is the appellate authority of Class-III and Class -IV employees of field offices under O.C.S(C.C.A) Rules 1962.Over all supervision of supervision of all 12 Deputy Director Consolidation 15 Addl. Sub-collector (Consolidation) Offices including this directorate.
b) Sri Purna Chandra Mishra, OAS (SS), Spl. Secretary(I/c)
Supervision of Offices Establishment, Confidential, Field Establishment, Job Contract Establishment, Budget Procedure, RTI and Assembly Questions
c) Sri Niranjan Patra, ORS, Asst. Consolidation Officer
He is in charge of Bill, Court Officer attached to Court of Addl. Secretary(CH), First Appellate Authority.

He is in charge of Office Establishment, Field Establishment, Assembly, Re-organization, Nizarat, Tour Programme, P.I.O.
