Duties

(i) To see that all BOPT seats attached to the Institution are properly utilized and monitor the same. A report in case of non-utilization of seats will be sent to the Director.

(ii) Liasoning with the Industry to reassess the training seats and intimate this to the Director BOPT for acceptance.

(iii) Move to different Industry to monitor the training programme of the students, guide and monitor the performance and submit a report to the Head of the Institution.

Duties

(iv) Organizing monitoring and implementing the programme of Industry Institute Inter action of Institute on the following points.

(a) Selection lecturers as study team from each department.

(b) Establish link with Industry for study visits of students. Conducting seminars by inviting experts from Industry

(c) Invite Engineers/Scientifics/Managers from Industry to take some topics of the subjects of Diploma sources on practical bias as a measure of III

(d) Arrange the training of teachers in the Industry and design the programme in relation to the availability if staff and time.

(e) Collect details where diploma students can be employed.

(f) Invite Industry for campus interview

(g) To collect bio-data from all students of the final year

(h) To liaison Industries and find out consulting work as per needs of the Industries and assessing the possibility of its achievement within the infrastructure available in the Institute

(i) To help the programme of continuing education of World Bank project in the Institute.

(v) To carry out the distribution of stipend to the students. Its monitoring, verification and accountability
