Entrepreneurs Memorandum - Part II (EM PART-II):

Any Entrepreneur after having commercial operation of the enterprise or expansion programme of existing enterprise can submit the EM-II.

3. Registering Authority :

The General Manager, District Industries Centre have been authorized by the Govt. of Odisha in Industries Department with whom the Entrepreneurs Memorandum shall be filed by the entrepreneurs.
