Public Interaction :

   Placing of bill Board quoting the taxation slab of different vehicles, permit fees and fine thereon in front of STA office as well as instructed to RTOs to display it indicating their scope of work for public etc for public information as well as awareness.

Grievances Redress Mechanism :

   A Grievance Cell is functioning in General Section, STA for public convenience. The Wednesday is meant for public Grievance before Transport commissioner.
