The Studio would house multiple shooting locales which are used on regular basis for film shootings, TVC, TV serials etc. the locales to be developed are

Jail	Urban city view	Café

• Film Tech Zone

This zone would incorporate postproduction facilities such as

• Equipment storehouse
• Warehouse for commercial props and set design
• Creative brain storming Rooms to discuss story writing, screenplay & dialogues
• Artistry room
• Sound Recording & Dubbing Studio
• Postproduction Editing Labs
• Commercial ad House
• Animation workstations
• Radio / Media house

• Common Infrastructure Facilities

Along with infrastructure for film production, the Studio will have adequate support infrastructure for film crew members, as well as other commercial infrastructure for various purposes. These facilities include

• Business Lounge
• Parking
• Lodging and Boarding for film crew
• Information areas
• Outdoor Shooting Facilities
• Amphitheatre
• Performance Stage

• Admin / Film Interpretation center

The Studio shall develop an Admin Block which would include an Interpretation Centre for dissemination of knowledge regarding Odia film Industry and Odisha’s cultural heritage. The Centre would present history of the State in terms of Odia Movies and develop visitor's intellectual and emotional connection to heritage. The facilities include

Key infrastructure and services to be provided

 

Key services include

 

• Multi-storeyed air-conditioned indoor shooting halls with 40 ft. high catwalk. The back side of the floors can be facades for various structures as per requirement of the movie
• A Chroma floor
• 30 different outdoor shooting locales
• Tech Zone which would provide the technical services for the film industry along with associated IT industries under one roof
• Space for brainstorming, script writing, narration, casting, and rehearsal
• Postproduction facilities for movies
• Entertainment-cum-creative zone for public
• Amphitheatre / performance stage to organize live shows, concerts etc.
• A multiplex with 5 screens to provide a perfect place for entertainment. There is space for retail outlets and food court.
• Social hall for cultural gatherings, destination wedding, business conclave etc.
• A lodging facility to cater to the requirements of movie production teams.
