vi) Co-operative Section:

     One CEO is appointed to see the administration of cooperative societies in the block.

vii) Primary Education:

     One SIS have been appointed to supervise the smooth functioning of primary school. One BRCC is appointed for Sarba Sikhya Abhijan to supervise training Programme to the teachers to develop the quality of education.

viii) Fisheries:

     One F.E.O. is appointed to impart training on technical know how and scientific method of cultivation of fishes for growth pisciculture.

ix) Public Distribution System:

One Inspector of supplies has been appointed to supervise the P.D. system in the Block.   

7) Citizens interaction:

     The said organization is a public  office. Every citizen has right to get information in his desired subject. All the officers/ employees working in the organization are readily and cordially interacting with public for smooth functioning of the organization.

8) Working hours both for office and public:

In Normal days: 10 A.M. to 5 P.M.
In Emergency: Round the clock.

9) Public interaction, if any:

     It is needless to say that there is active public interaction with the block administration. Constructive public interaction is a must for healthy block administration.

10) Grievance redresses mechanism: 

     Weekly once particularly on Saturday is declared as public grievance day. On this day B.D.O. listens the public grievances and solve the problem if any with the help of concerned section officers. This day is a non-touring day. All the extension officers remain present to redress the public grievance on behalf of the B.D.O.
