The Head of the Office is the Asst. Commissioner of Commercial Taxes, (A.C.C.T.) OFS-I who is assisted by one Commercial Tax Officer (C.T.O.), O.F.S. and two Asst. Commercial Tax Officers (A.C.T.O.). However at present only one A.C.T.O. is working under this circle and one C.T.O. under Balangir Range is deputed to work as A.C.C.T..
