9) Working hours both for office and public:
The Govt. has prescribed the working hour of the office from 10 A.M to 5 P.M. But it is not practicable to solve the problem of the people. As it is a day to day happening of this organization, it starts from 7A.M. Still then there are short fall of achievement.
10) Public interaction if any:
The organization is fully depending upon public. As per the aim of the organization, it is for the public, Govt. is programming different schemes. So that the social and economical status of the rural people can be developed. So when implementing all schemes, it is badly necessary that public should co-operate the Govt. Official and their representatives. But it is a matter of great regret that the official is not getting so much co operation from the public. Still then public also in the side of the Govt. official to achieve the target provided by Govt.
11) Grievance redness mechanism:
The mechanism utilized for the grievance redressal from lower quarter to higher quarter is disposed of with power rules and regulation. It is a fact that now days it is the habit of the public to put grievances in different manner which is baseless. Still the grievances are being inquired into and proper measures have been taken of by the Govt. official in due courses of time.
