Bhubaneswar/16.11.2018: Food Supplies & Consumer Welfare Department has organized RTI training for their all employees regarding preparation of RTI proactive disclosure on date. 16.11.2018. Sri Jyaoti Kumar Lakra, OAS, Additional secretary to Govt, Smt. Jyotirmayee Senapati, Deputy Secretary to Govt. Sri Sunil Kumar Sethy, Project Manager, Luminous Infoways, Bhubaneswar including 52 members of department were present over the Programme. For conducting of this training program Sri Pradipta Kumar Patra, Section Officer and Sachidananda Setthy, Assistant Section Officer have played a vital role.
In the training programme CSP to state RTI portal Horsha Parichha, Domain Expert (RTI, RTI, CMM), Luminous Infoways, Bhubaneswar facilitated on preparation of RTI disclosure. He has cited very clearly that, what is disclosure? How to be disseminated? in the RTI state portal with consisting of 17 manuals which is available at (www.rtiodisha.gov.in). He has also stated which section is responsible for concern manual. In the training programme Additional Secretary emphasized for furnishing of all the data and told “RTI information should be disclosed through RTI CMM for easy access of Public domain”. In the last Sri Patra, Section Officer, FS & CW Deptt. Concluded the training programme with vote of thanks.
