1) Objective/ Purpose of the Public Authority: Conservation of Forest and Wildlife. 2) Mission/ Vision Statement of the public authority: Balance and maintained the Eco-system. 3) Duties of the Public Authority: Protection of Forests and Wildlife Animals. 4) Main activities/ Functions of the Pubic Authority: Protection and improvement of Forests to create good habitat for wild animals. Develop Awareness among the public for settlement of Environment and healthy Biosphere. 5) List of services being provided by the public authority with a brief write-up on them: As per Govt. instruction and parafania. 6) Organizational Structure Diagram at various levels namely State, directorate, region district, block etc. (whichever is applicable): Forest Department, Wildlife Division, Bamra in Sambalpur District. 7) Expectation of the Pubic Authority from the Public for enhancing its effectiveness and efficiency: Public-co-operation 8) Arrangements and methods made for seeking Public Participation/ Contribution: Vana Samrakshyana Samittee (V.S.S) are formed Eco-Development Committee (E.D.C.) for public participation. 9) Mechanism available for monitoring the service delivery and public grievance resolution: i) Smaller Units are formed from Divisionii) Rangeiii) Sectioniv) Beat to solve the problem and public grievances 10) Address of the main office and other offices at different levels.
