Aims and Objective of the Organisation:
To ensure proper distribution of P.D.S. commodities along the consumer and to procure Paddy at Government price from the farmer.
Mission /Vision: To facilitate the common citizen with the schemes of the Government.
Brief History and Back ground for its Establishment: This is branch office in the Collectorate functioning since its inception i.e. 1948.

This branch has been instructed with the work of correspondence and schemiting work relating the following subjects.
(i)C.S.O. Administrative power / Financial Power and over all Supervision.(ii) All A.C.S.O. Administrative Power and concerned area Supervision.(iii) All M.I. /I.S Administrative Power and concerned area Supervision.(iv) Head Clerk/Accountant-Administrative Power and Supervision to all Section of this office.(v) Sr. Clerk & Jr. Clerk- Administrative Power and dealing with Establishment, P.D.S. Enforcement, Procurement, Bill and Budget and Letter Received and Issue Section.
