Proper Co-ordination with all department for effective implementation of the programme. 2. Mission/ Vision: Women & Child Developement along with adolescent girls. 3. Brief history of the Public Authority &context of its formation: CDPO Puintala covers the entire block area (24G. Ps) as per the Govt. Order (W & CD Department) 4. Dist Social Welfare officer Balangir jurisdiction: 5. List of Services being provided by the public Authority with a brief write up on them: a. Supplementary nutrition programme-Morning snacks & hotcooked meal is being given to pre school children as per the weekly manu given by Govt.& Chhatua is being given to pregnant and nursing mothers and 7m-3y children prepared and supplied by three SHGs of this project.b. Immunisation-Immunisation camp is being held in each and every AWC on Wednesday fixed for the said AWC to immunise children 0m-6y, Adolscent Girls and pregnant mothers.c. Pre-School-Pre -school is being conducted by the AWW from 9am to12 noon according to the Arunima pattern.d. Health and Nutrition- Education on Health and Nutrition is being given to pregnant and nursing mothers on everu Tuesday and Friday ie, VHND/ Mamata Divas. e. Health check up-Health check up of 0m-6y children and pregnant/ nursing mothers on Mamata Divas according to the schedule.f . Referral Services- AWW used to refer the Malnurished and sick childer of their AWC out of their Refferal fund.g . CMRF - Severelly malnourished children who are identified on the Mamata Divas refer as on the Pustikar Divas.ie. on 15th of every month out of Chief Ministre's Relief Fund.h. Mission Sakti-WSHG are empoured under this programme for their self employment. Capacity Building and Skill Upgradation training are being imparted to make them economically sound.i. Kisori Shakti Yojana-Adolscent Giris between 10y-19y of age are enrolled under this programme. IFA and Deworming tablets are distributed to them. Also health and nutrition are being given to them on every Monday at AWC level.j. Emergency Feeding-Old, infirm and indigent are being enrolled under this programme. Hot cooked meal is given to them as per the prescribed Menu Chart. 6. Mechanism available for monitoring the service delivery and public grievance resolution: This is by Collector and Sub-Collector, Bolangir. 7.
