Objective/ Purpose of the Public Authority:
Treatment of Patients in the out-door and in-door of Hospital & its maintenance.
Mission/Vision Statement of the Public Authority:
To provide medical aid to project employees as well as the near by villagers.
Brief History of the Public Authority & Context its Formation:
Chief Medical Officer, Rengali project Hospital along with one mobile medical unit at Rengalbeda the District of Deogarh.
Duties of the Public Authority:
Treatment of Patients and to look after the works of staff engaged in the Hospital
Main Activities/ Functions of Public Authority:
To provide medical aid.
List of Service being Provided by the Public Authority with a brief write up them:
Medical aids are provided to the patients in Rengali Project Hospital, especially patients of project employees and villagers of nearby villages. Similarly, medical aids and also provided to the resettled villages at mobile Medical unit Rengalbeda.
Organization Structure Diagram at various levels namely state Directorate region District block etc (which ever is applicable):
Region - Talcher, District - Angul, State - Odisha.
Expectation of the Public authority from the public for enhancing its Effectiveness & Efficiency:
Co-operation of public is required for smooth running of the Hospital.
Arrangements & methods made for seeking public Participation: Confidence of public is achieved by providing Medical aid to needy and by keeping contact by the staff with public.
Mechanism Available for Monitoring the Service Delivery & Public Grievance Resolutions:
