1) Particulars of Organization, Functions & Duties:
a. A.F.A. is the Principal D.D.O. of the Project, who is the payment authority of Works and Establishment bills of the Project after examining the legality of the claim preferred by the DDO'S of the U.K. Project.
b. Prepared the Monthy Accounts and Expenditure Statement of the Project.
c. Budget watching Authority of Upper Kolab Project.
