1. Aims and Objective of the Organization: Monitoring and Supervision of Elementary Eduction .The list of block wise Primary and Upper Primary Schools. 2. Mission/ Vision: Universalisation of Elementary Education. 3. Brief History of Background for its Establishment: For effective supervision/ Inspection and monitoring of Elementary Education,the officer of the District Inspector of Schools, Deogarh was established in the 1969. Prior to this it was under the District Inspector of Schools, Sambalpur. 4. Organization Charts: The following officers/ staffs are working under the administrative control of District Inspector of Schools, Deograh to assist him to achieve the objectives. 5. Allocation of Business: i. Inspection/ Supervision of Elementary Education.ii. Establishment works of Teachers/ Staffs.iii. Drawal and disbursement of salary and other dues.iv. Primary Scholarship(Class -III and V) Examination U.P. Examination.v. Mobilization for admission of children of age group of 6-14.vi. Inspection of Schools opened by private organization for ground of permission/ N.O.C. 6. Duties to be Performed to Achieve the Mission:i. Inspection/ Supervision of Elementary Education.ii. Establishment works of Teachers/ Staffs.iii. Drawal and disbursement of salary and other dues.iv. Primary Scholarship(Class - III and V) Examination U.P. Examination.v. Mobilization for admission of children of age group of 6-14.vi. Inspection of Schools opened by private organization for ground of permission/ N.O.C. 7. Details of Service Rendered: i. Inspection/ Supervision of Elementary Education.ii. Establishment works of Teachers/ Staffs.iii. Drawal and disbursement of salary and other dues.iv. Primary Scholarship (Class - III).v.
