1. History/ Background/ Objective/ Purpose of Public Authority:
Office of the District Inspector of Schools, Bhanjanagar is functioning in its own building w.e.f. 25/11/2002 under School and Mass Education Department. The office is located very nearer to Bus Stand, Bhanjanagar. The main objective of the office is to look after development of Primary Education of the Education District and administration. Sri Sachidananda Harichandan, O.E.E.S-I is in-charge of this office w.e.f. 03/12/2010. Organization chart of District Inspector of Schools, Bhanjanagar: -
